3. Coaching, Consulting & Clarity Sessions

By booking or participating in any session with Empathic Strategies, you acknowledge and agree:

Scope of Service

  • Sessions provide personal insight, clarity work, leadership guidance, and intuitive frameworks.
  • Sessions are not therapy, psychological treatment, counselling, or medical service.
  • Empathic Strategies does not diagnose, treat, or promise outcomes regarding mental health or medical conditions.

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, well-being, and actions during and after sessions.

4. Booking & Paid Services

When you book a paid session:

  • Payment is required at the time of booking (processed through your selected payment method—though no payment is collected directly on this website).
  • You agree to provide accurate contact information for all scheduling communications.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Because session time is reserved specifically for you:

Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made later than 24 hours are considered a late cancellation.

No-Show

  • Failing to attend a session without notice is counted as a no-show.

Refunds

  • No refunds are provided for cancelled or missed sessions.
  • Sessions may be rescheduled once at the discretion of Empathic Strategies.

This policy protects the time, preparation, and energetic work held on your behalf.

6. Limitation of Liability

You agree that:

  • Empathic Strategies is not liable for any decisions, actions, or results you experience from sessions or website content.
  • We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or changes.
  • Our services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

This is standard for coaching, clarity work, intuitive consulting, and leadership guidance.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your personal information and session content with care and discretion.

However, confidentiality may be breached if:

  • Required by Canadian law
  • There is risk of harm to you or others
  • Safety concerns arise

This is aligned with general ethical practice.
